The Counseling Center of Santa Monica (CCSM) offers comprehensive psychological services, including individual psychotherapy, psychological testing and assessment, group therapy, and couples therapy. We also offer e-therapy services and sliding scale fee services on a case-by-case basis. Our clinicians have expertise in treating a wide array of psychological disorders and struggles, ranging from anxiety disorders, depression and mood disorders, stress management, trauma and grief counseling, family and relationship conflict, and behavioral change. CCSM clinicians work from a variety of different theoretical orientations helping individuals and their needs.

    Clinical Director and Therapist

    Dr. Rueben Vaisman-Tzachor brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Seasons in Malibu. He obtained his doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1993 and has been a Licensed Psychologist since 1997. He has taught as an adjunct professor of clinical and forensic psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles and others for over 25 years and served as an Attending Psychologist at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for 16 years.

    Assistant Clinical Director, Psy.D Candidate, Clinician

    Mike is currently a Doctoral Candidate at California Southern University. He graduated from The University of California, Berkeley for undergrad. Then received his masters from the University of Santa Monica in Spiritual Psychology. He has been facilitating all age ranges for over ten years and has helped countless individuals working through their issues. Mike decided to become more specifically involved in the addition field as he saw the great need for therapy that specialized in recovery. Using a very open and intuitive approach, he is easily able to connect with clients to help guide them to a supportive and successful recovery.

    MARKETING DIRECTOR

    Naomi is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's marketing efforts, including developing strategic marketing plans, creating and executing campaigns, managing budgets. She makes key decisions to align marketing strategy with overall CCSM goals. Naomi hail’s from the Windy City of Chicago and now calls LA home. She has been in Marketing for over 15 years and worked with ad agencies and production teams. She wears main hats and is a “Jill” of all trades.
